Co Investment - The Octopus Private Investor Group

Membership of the Investor Group will provide you with access to potentially high return investment opportunities, with risk being mitigated by the capital strength of our funds; the collective expertise, experience and contacts of the Investor Group; and, the success and track record of the Octopus Ventures team.

As a member, you will be entitled to invest in our proprietary early-stage deal flow alongside our VCT and EIS funds, on the same terms. The decisions whether, and how much, to invest will remain yours on a deal by deal basis.

We require members to share our passion for investing in small businesses, and to possess the skill sets and availability to become more actively involved with the portfolio companies, both pre and post investment to ensure that our portfolio businesses.

Co Investment - Family Offices & Small Institutions
