e-Therapeutics is a systems biology drug discovery company. The Company are industrialising discovery using computers to predict the effects of intervention on proteins in cells. New drugs are identified systematically and very quickly.

e-Therapeutics uses these capabilities to:
• search for new drugs across several therapeutic areas
• search for new clinical uses for existing drugs
• identify the probability of drug-drug interactions and toxicity

The company's current portfolio is in anti-infectives, cancer, central nervous system and asthma. The Company is listed in the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

Octopus' investment enables e-Therapeutics to continue with the dvelopment of its pipeline of existing and forthcoming drug candidates, and identify quality companies and/or drug candidates for acquisition.
