Phasor Solutions, formed in July 2005, has developed an innovative approach to the construction of flat panel phased arrays that can achieve a much lower cost per element. This means that an entire phased array antenna can be built for a cost similar to that of a mechanically steered parabolic reflector antenna of comparable performance.

The funds invested will be used to complete the development of a working antenna, further protect the intellectual property and fund commerical development to achieve positive cash flow.
