In November 2005, Octopus led, structured and arranged the management buy-out of Luther Pendragon, providing £2m of equity capital. Luther Pendragon is one of the UK's leading communications consultancies. It provides a fully integrated corporate public relations service specialising in issues management, which involves developing communication strategies to combat any potential risks to a client's reputation or to influence public perception to achieve a strategic goal. The company has a range of public sector and blue chip private sector clients.
The company is based in central London. It was founded in 1991 and has now grown to over 40 staff.
